He just needs 10 of you a year to be set, and it doesn't matter if you're return customers at that price point. It almost doesn't matter if you're happy with his results and re-up after 6 months, because he's already soaked you for $12K at that point, and that's nothing to sneeze at. what does he do with the "extras"? Round robin them off to his other clients? How does he decide which of his clients get the strong leads, and which get the weak leads? Likely he either doesn't sort them, or he does and gives the higher paying clients the stronger leads. I don't want to wade through 1,200 people a year who either block me, report me for spam, are looking for rentals, already have an agent, are just browsing, have bad credit, etc.Īnd if he's giving you 100 leads a month, he needs to be accruing more than that. I'm confused on where the 85 closed deals come from. Which is more than what he's guaranteeing, if I'm understanding this right (100 leads per month x 2% conversion = 2 conversions a month or 24 per year). I'd rather have 3-4 solid leads a month of serious people who actually want to talk to me. IMO, they'd be mostly garbage bc he's casting too wide of a net. Everyone's preferences are different, but I personally disagree with the tactic of a marketer guaranteeing a specific number of leads per month.
